Are the exchange rates live?

When the external rate service is available, the converter retrieves the latest available reference rates. These are not guaranteed live trading, bank, card, or cash-exchange rates. If the rate service cannot be reached, the tool uses a small built-in fallback dataset and clearly indicates that fallback mode is being used.

Why can my bank show a different amount?

Banks, card networks, money-transfer services, and currency exchanges can apply their own rates, spreads, commissions, or fees. Use this calculator as a reference and check the provider’s final rate before making a transaction.
